Deposit: 30% of the total amount
Balance: 1 month before arrival
Guarantee: 250 € will be required, in cash, on your arrival and refunded at the end of your stay after overall check up.

Cancellation fee:
- 1 month before arrival : 60% of the deposit
- Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival : totality of the deposit
- Between 15 days and 7 days before arrival : 60% of the total amount.
- Between 7 days and 1 day before arrival : 80% of the total amount.
- No show : the entire amount
Arrival: between 4 pm and 6 pm (please advise in the event of delay)
Departure: before 11am.
Hour of approximate arrival requested.
