Our weekly prices are based on maximum 6 people occupancy.
Arrivals on Saturdays after 4pm and departures on Saturdays before 10am.

 Max 6 pp: 1950 €



Included in the price: final cleaning, wifi, bed linen and bath towels, wood for barbecue, basic products for cooking.

Not included: pool towels.



Advice book on sightseeing, restaurants etc…
Pets considered.
Not suitable for disabled people and young children.

Deposit: 40% of the total amount 

Balance: 1  month before arrival 

Guarantee: 250€ will be required, in cash, on your arrival and refunded at the end of your stay after overall check-up.

We do not accept cheques.



Cancellation:

+ 1 month before arrival : 60% of the deposit

Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival: totality of the deposit

Between 15 and 7 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount

No show: entire amount
